Description
The Salisbury Riser Recliner chair is a high quality fabric arm chair with powerful dual motors allowing for independent foot-rest and back-rest control.
The soft textured fabric is available in a choice of colours and suits many decors. Generous padding on the backrest ensures comfort, and side hook allows for easy access to the controller at all times.
Dual motor rise and recline chairs give the user more flexibility and greater control over the chairs position. One motor controls the backrest and another motor controls the footrest and riser functions. The motors can be individually controlled by the handset. A more popular option for elderly and disabled users, dual motor chairs ensure finding a comfortable resting position is simple for those with reduced mobility.

shipping & returns
Shipping
We offer at least one free shipping option to the vast majority of UK postcodes. Our shipping offer is dependent on the products you choose and the location in which you live. A brief outline of the services offered are below. For an up to date quote simply begin the checkout process and our system will calculate the available options and surcharges (if applicable).
Riser Recliner Chairs
Customers have differing needs when it comes to delivering a riser recliner chair. Some prefer the speed of a parcel delivery, while others need a more personal service including in-home set-up. As a result, we offer up to three different delivery services (explained below) depending on your location. At least one of the parcel delivery options will be free to all of mainland England & Wales, and much of Southern Scotland including Glasgow and Edinburgh.
- Parcel delivery, room of choice. (1-10 working days). Our delivery team will bring the box(es) into the home and leave them where you ask. You will need to make arrangements for the assembly and disposal of waste yourselves. This option is not available in some harder to reach locations like Highlands and Islands.
- Home Setup. (2-10 working days). Our delivery team will bring the box(es) into the home and set-up the chair(s) where you ask. They will briefly test & demonstrate the chair before removing any packaging. Home Setup is not available in some harder to reach locations like Highlands and Islands.
- Parcel delivery, kerbside. (2-7 working days). We offer this service sometimes for harder to reach locations. A nationwide courier will bring the item with a lone driver. The driver will need to take a signature at the door and will not come into your home. Please ensure you have an able-bodied person available to receive the chair if taking this option.
Swivel Recliner Chairs (Sub 30kg).
For swivel chairs with a gross weight of 30kg or less we will usually ship using the parcel courier DPD. This delivery is free to to all of mainland England & Wales, and much of Southern Scotland including Glasgow and Edinburgh. We also offer delivery of an assembled chair if required for an additional fee.
- DPD Parcel delivery. (2-3 working days). Our national courier partners DPD will bring the box(es) to the door and require a signature. You will need to make arrangements for the assembly yourselves. DPD will keep you up to date with the progress including a one-hour time slot sent via text message. Please make sure we have an up-to-date mobile number to take advantage of this service. We will despatch within two working days of your order and we use DPD's overnight service.
- Home Setup. (2-10 working days). Our delivery team will bring the box(es) into the home and set-up the chair(s) where you ask. They will also removing any packaging. Home Setup is not available in some harder to reach locations like Highlands and Islands.

For chairs with a gross weight over 30kg (e.g. Mars, Jupiter, Houston, Dominican and Hereford) we will offer up to three different delivery services. At least one of the parcel delivery options will be free to all of mainland England & Wales, and much of Southern Scotland including Glasgow and Edinburgh.
- Parcel delivery, room of choice. (1-10 working days). Our delivery team will bring the box(es) into the home and leave them where you ask. You will need to make arrangements for the assembly and disposal of waste yourselves. This option is not available in some harder to reach locations like Highlands and Islands.

Returns
We will not accept any returns 45 days after delivery. It is advisable to retain all packaging for this return period. You can benefit from cheaper return costs if items are still boxed.
Returns due to a fault within 45 days
If there is a problem with your product please contact us in the first instance on 0800 6445064 as with most issues we will be able to remedy by sending the appropriate replacement part. If you still wish to return the item, please send photos of the problem and we will take care of the rest for you. Faults occurring after 45 days are covered under our one year warranty on all products (see below)
Returns due to change of mind within 45 days
If you wish to return your product for any other reason within 45 days please send the item in a re-saleable condition to Morris Living, C/O Rainbow Nightfreight, Quibell’s Lane, Newark, NG24 2AL. We will give a full refund after we receive and check the item(s). If you wish to use our couriers to collect items please contact us for a personalised quote. Please note this will cost more if the original packaging has not been kept. For this reason we strongly recommend keeping the original packaging for 45 days.
Shipping refunds on change of mind returns.
We are unable to refund any delivery surcharges paid when placing your order when you return items under "change of mind" return reasons.
Warranty
All products sold are covered by a one year parts warranty. Please email us with photographs of your issue and we will replace the parts concerned. If we cannot replace the part concerned we will replace the item with an identical or similar product.
VAT RELIEF
VAT Relief
In order to qualify for the price shown we will require additional information from you before shipping this product. The VAT free price is available to anybody with a chronic illness or disabling condition both physical or mental that has a direct impact on their physical mobility. Examples include suffers of Arthritis,COPD/Asthma, Diabetes, Lung or Heart Conditions, Dementia, Alzheimers, Multiplesclerosis or Cancer.
Please ensure that you provide a working telephone number when ordering so that a member of our team can contact you. All information given is treated in the strictest confidence.
If you feel that you would not qualify for VAT relief, please contact us to order this product with the VAT payable.
