We have a wide range of delivery options based on your location, and differing levels of service to suit you. 

Free Delivery

Almost all chairs benefit from a free delivery option, this is usually to the doorstep only and excludes hard to reach areas. With Riser Recliner chairs we do not recommend this option unless you have help available to bring the chair inside and set up. 

Room of Choice Delivery

For an extra helping hand our Room of Choice service means the courier will bring your chair into your prefered room for you. 

Home Setup

For a truly white glove service, select the home setup option during checkout. This takes a little longer but our courier will set up your chair in your room of choice, ensure everything works correctly and then removes the packaging. 

Delivery options are calculated during checkout based on your postcode, the courier options available and the chair type. Please call if you do not see the option you require.

All of our Riser Recliner chairs come with an extended 5 year warranty as standard. To activate your warranty you will need to return your signed warranty and VAT relief forms, or complete them online.

Examples include suffers of Arthritis,COPD/Asthma, Diabetes,Lung or Heart Conditions, Dementia, Alzheimers, Multiplesclerosis or Cancer.
